Veterans Resource Center Training

Each VRC Receives Individual Training

MyraThe primary goal of the VRC project is to establish the collaborative model created at Butte College in Spring 2008 on campuses in the California Community College (CCC) system. A total of twenty-four colleges, fifteen pilot sites and nine auxiliary sites, have received training on the three central components of the VRC project: academics, camaraderie, and wellness. In addition to interactive presentations and resource materials, these two-day trainings offered direct experience with a range of assistive technology tools donated by organizations.

Myra Lerch gives Grossmont the final VRC training in February 2011.
