Jake proved to be most eloquent and some his words can be found in the "Veterans Speak Out" (Chapter 3), as well as here. Jake was kind enough to give the VRC tour while answering all the incoming phone calls and making sure that everyone that came in got what they needed. Karen filled in the details and Pat provided some history. I would like to thank Mike Sullivan for sharing his memory and the resulting action that he took after one of his students did not make it home from Iraq.
