Section 508

Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990,  requires accessibility of technology and access to programs and courses. Each college/district should have a Section 508 policy and procedures that adresses:procurement of Electronic and Information Technology, accessible Computer Stations, access to Campus Web-Sites 
providing access to Web Enhanced Instruction, providing access to all Informational or Instructional Video Media, and providing access with Alternate Media Formats.
